### Author Guidelines

When you prepare a publication for submitting you should follow the next rules:

1. A manuscript should consist of the following necessary elements: paper title, full author(s) names, institutional name and its address, email address(es), an abstract, keywords and phrases, 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification.

An abstract should accompany every article. It should be a brief summary of significant results of the paper and contain information about the core idea of your presented research. The abstract should be informative and not only present the general scope of the paper but also describe background, objective and methods of researches, main results and conclusions.

The abstract must be able to stand alone as an overview of your research. It should not contain literature citations, tables, figures, illustrations or large formulas. All nonstandard symbols and abbreviations should be defined. An abstract should be about 200 words.

Please remember that in combination with the title and keywords, an abstract is an indicator of the content of the paper because online systems rely heavily on the content of titles and abstracts to identify articles in electronic bibliographic databases and search engines. Besides typical readers (scientists) pay attention mostly to the title, abstract, keywords etc. while searching for information. Therefore we ask you to take great care in preparing these elements.

2. The manuscripts should be prepared in LaTeX2ε using template and style of our journal.

3. Authors should use \label and \eqref or \ref LaTeX commands for cross-references to equations, theorems, sections, subsections, etc., instead of plain numbers. Only those formulas should be numbered which are reffered to via the LaTeX command \eqref. Don't use plain numbers like (1), (2) etc.

4. The command \cite should be used to obtain the references, do not use plain numbers like [1], [2] etc. The titles of journals should be abbreviated to the style used by AMS (http://www.ams.org/msnhtml/serials.pdf). All references should be cited within the text; otherwise, these references should be removed. References must be listed in alphabetical order; the following reference style should be used:
